Mr. Manav Dhawan is the Director of BrewMaize, and has over 17 years of experience in Distillation Plant and Setup. He started the dedicated brand Brewmaize in 2015 for the manufacturing of microbreweries in india.
A native of Mumbai, Maharashtra Sagar Powale choose the career of Brewing and Distilling and earned a Master Degree with Distinction from Heriot Watt University, Scotland UK. Sagar took interest in brewing from his early teens when he first helped a friend to home brew. His passion grew inevitably and there has been no turning back. He has been brewing since 2011 and has had conspicuous success. Sagar is currently working as the Brew Master at 7 Degrees Brauhaus, Lord of the Drinks Barrel House, NinkasiImperial Brews and Kitchen, The Clock Tower, Loft by The Clock Tower, Agent Jack, Walking Street, Pause Brew pub, Brewers Street, Feel Alive, Gurgaon, Haryana. He also brews on National level like Raize the Bar (Kolkatta), Lions Club and Brewery (Siliguri), Dhunki Brew Pub (Ranchi), The Boat House (Chandigarh), Flambos and Drifters Brewing Company (Pune and Mumbai). He brews beer with passion, creativity and a little swagger on top and states that when traditional brewing is mixed with the rich history of breweries, great beer follows. Today, 7 Degrees Brauhaus and The Clock Tower tops the list among the best breweries in Delhi/ NCR, The Boat House tops in Chandigarh where as Raize the Bar tops as finest MicroBrewery in Kolkata and is frequently featured in the media and has won many laurels.
